Circle Of Friends

I have been given the 'Circle Of Friends' blog award by Kim

And with this award I have been asked to share 5 things that I love
&
then pass on this award to 5 other fellow bloggers.

Like Kim, I will leave out the obvious - Jewelry Making & my Family :)

Okay so here goes:

*1 - Sleep Ins - I am a total night owl. And once in bed, I generally love my sleep. I find it hard to get up early and be full of sunshine, most mornings I would give anything to just go back to bed for another hour.

*2 - Chocolate - This may be a given for many other bloggers but, ever since I was a little kid I have always had a thing for chocolate. It has gotten me into a lot of trouble, but I always end up giving in to it :( I wish there was no such thing as chocolate......but I am totally addicted to it.

*3 - Being A Stay At Home Mum - I feel so very fortunate to be able to raise my daughter at home. Thanks to my husband who goes to work and is able to support our little family on his own. Though I have some very hard days (more so lately) as our daughter hits 2 years of age, I am grateful that I get to see her grow up and reach all her milestones right in front of me! Which means I can record them :) I love her greatly.

*4 - Hobbies - Hobbies in general have kept me from many dark places. They give me new skills to learn and master, they help me with my confidence and self esteem and give me something to do with my hands & brain. I don't know where I would be without them....

*5 - Gloomy Weather - Yep, I am not a sunshine lover. Unless it's the Sun in the Winter. I love dark gloomy wet, stormy weather. I am living in the wrong place for that and have suffered many stinky hot days which I loathed. But it's Autumn now and I can look forward to cooler weather and it has been nice and overcast here lately :)

Well there are just 5 of the things I love.

Now you know a little more about me :)

And I hereby pass this award onto:

Narelle

Fiona

Erin Jane

Amy Nicole

Kristi

Now I'd better go let them know :)

Ah!!! Thanks so much for passing this on to me! It is good to hear about the things you love as well, although I have to say I'm going to be hard pressed to come up with something original because every one of these things I love as well! Especially the chocolate! I'm such an indoors type of girl that the weather never really fazes me much. I just know that I hate hot! It is so interesting that you are in Autumn and we are just heading into spring. Autumn is my absolute favorite time of year. I love it when it cools down!

Hi Emma! It's nice to see your 5 things & I'm glad you decided to do it! I was iffy myself & did what I do, which is worry & procrastinate...

Definitely w/ you on the chocolate - I gave it & soda up & actually lost 50 lbs! Back to eating it again though. :D I really love that about you being a stay at home mom. You get to catch all the things so many people miss due to jobs & can never get back. And you know we agree about the weather! I'm sure I'll be complaining soon as we head into summer & the horrible humidity. Hopefully you'll be enjoying a nice cool day again today. :)

Kim - DAMN you lost 50lbs just from giving up soda?!!! lol I am like that with chocolate, I give it up and lose weight and look great and then think to myself...oh I can have just a little bit now and then...and next thing you know, I am fatter than I was before! lol

I don't envy your upcoming Summer weather :) I am so happy that it's Autumn now...time to go shopping for new jumpers :P

I know, huh?! That's how bad my addiction to the chocolate & Mt. Dew was! I did add leisurely walking a few times a week, but I know it was mainly a cutting out the crazy calories thing. I'm FAR from skinny, never will be that, but I've come to at least mostly appreciate my voluptuousness. Still poke at the fat w/ less than love every now & then, but yeah, old habits die hard. :D

Kim - I still have a problem with my chocolate, but I have improved it since my stint in hospital, it's time to get my health back on track...I have too much to lose and to live for! I am WAY far from skinny lol.....all thanks to damned chocolate :P Yes! old habits don't die lol
